Oh my goodness, I so loved Gunther and Serena's story. I disliked Serena is the previous book where she made her father choose her over Chantel. Gunther was scared on the outside but he had a heart for caring. Gunther was the right man for Serena he didn't put up with her childish ways. Another thing I liked about this book was the suspense and mystery aspect. Wonderful story. God want us to look at the heart of a person not what we see on the outside.Product details

Another good love story. I rated this book as four stars. I cannot skip the curse words or some of the sexual content.
I loved this book so much. Gave you a sense of beauty and the beast. Both outside and inside. Gunther is my favorite so far. I was so excited about the end.
She has done it again. Brigette Manie is talented and I love how she uses this talent to God's glory & to bless others. This story is a reminder that our outward appearance is just window dressing & we need to look deeper for that beautiful someone within.
Be prepared for a bumpy ride with many twists and turns. The main character had external flaws and had made mistakes in his youth. Yet he was intrinsically good and believable.
I think the writer created a perfect blend of patience and touch love in the leading male to cancel out the abrasiveness of the leading woman. I was definitely surprised with how events evolved. Great reading. Can't wait for the next installment.
This story really touched my heart. Serena was the ultimate witch from the previous books. I did not like her at all. Gunther was a gentle giant and I really loved how he put Serena in her place. The best beauty and the best story ever! God does not look at the person, he looks at the heart! I thoroughly enjoyed readying this book. I can't wait for the next one in this series!!
I'm so glad Serena was redeemed because I thought she was incredibly selfish and immature. But I'm glad she fell for a man not facially appealing but his genuine heart swept her off her feet. This book encouragingly reminds us not to judge a book by its cover. You never know what you can unfold and learn once you get past the cover. Overall, this story was very sweet and very refreshing.
Once again the author has allowed you as the reader to experience the life experiences of a convict after release from prison.once again emphasizing that sometimes when me encounter someone we label not getting to know them as a prtson
